Joseph Amodeo, a Civil Engineer and the President of Amotek Inc., has been involved in all aspects of the construction industry for over 30 years. This includes: manufacturing of building products, estimating and project management, marketing and technical sales and delivery of presentations to engineers, architects, developers, corporate accounts and government groups.

Joseph is also teamed up with Michael Pace, President of Building Resource Inc. to act as manufacturer’s agents for construction product manufacturers providing marketing and technical support. Specializing in Division 7 and 9 specifications, Joseph has developed key relationships with Architects, Specifiers, Building Science Engineers, Design-Build Construction Companies and Trade Associations resulting in increased sales for his partner clients.

 

Joseph completed his Bachelor of Applied Science ( B.A.Sc. ) undergraduate degree at the University of Waterloo ( 1982 ) and obtained his MBA at the Schulich School of Business ( 1984 ). He is a member of the Professional Engineers Ontario ( PEO ), the Ontario Building Envelope Council ( OBEC ) and the Construction Specifications of Canada ( CSC ).

Joseph is an active squash and hockey player and a member of the Columbus Centre Fitness Facility.
